2. Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Seller Responsibility: we will cover the return shipping costs only if you receive the wrong item (different size, style, or color) or if the item arrives in a damaged condition. (Note: To expedite a claim for a damaged or incorrect item, please provide clear photo evidence of the product and packaging when contacting us.)
3. Refund Processing & Security
Original Payment Method: All refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used to place the order.
Security Protocol: For security reasons and to prevent the misuse of our services, we will not issue a refund to any alternative bank account, card, or payment mode if the original method is declined or closed.
Timeline: Once your refund is approved, please allow 15 to 20 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
4. Order Cancellations
Within 48 Hours: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 48 Hours: If a cancellation is requested after 48 hours but before the item has shipped, a 20% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover processing and material costs.
Post-Shipping: No cancellations are accepted once the item has been shipped.
