Processing & Shipping Policy

CustomJacketHouse currently ships to customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Italy, Germany, and France. You can confirm whether we deliver to your location by checking the country dropdown at checkout. If your country is not listed, it means we do not currently offer shipping there. We are continuously working to expand our delivery network and may add more countries in the future. Our shipping policies are designed to ensure complete transparency and provide a smooth shopping experience for all customers.

1. Handling & Shipping Time

We believe to keep it simple and for that we have created a chart that you can follow to find the shipping rates.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST-05:00 will be processed on the next business day.

2. Confirmation Notice

To make things less confusing and much easier, upon the placement of order, we send a confirmation email containing the order receipt to our customer. The order receipt includes confirmation, and various details related to your order. If you do not receive a notification with such details upon placing your order, then you must contact to our sales representative via email and they will help you solve your issue on their earliest.

3. Duties & Taxes

The amount that customer pay at the checkout page includes the total amount of product + shipping charges + sales tax. However, there are some countries where the government or custom charge duties for shopping overseas. In that case, the customer is responsible to pay all the duties asked by their government. CustomJacketHouse will not be responsible for any duties asked by the government or custom.

4. Approximate Delivery Time

As mentioned in the above table, you can assume when you will receive your item. We strictly follow the time given to our customers and ensure that we provide the best service as promised on our website.

5. Appropriate Details for Quick Delivery

To make the delivery appropriate and quick, we rely upon you to provide us with your proper contact number, shipping address, and other relevant details. Due to these details, we will also be able to reach you as faster as we can. For this very reason, it is mandatory for you to supply us with your exact permanent residential address for shipping. If there is any issue in the address or phone number, the order will not be dispatched until the correct information is provided. We will reach to you through email if there is any issue in the shipping address.

6. Trustworthy Delivery

To facilitate our customers with the best, we have associated with the most trustworthy and experienced services like FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, etc. As soon as the product dispatches from here, we also send an email related to the tracking and shipping details to our customer so that they could also keep an eye on their product. If for any reason, you are not present at your house to collect the order, then you could also assign someone to receive your product by notifying us. So that we can send your product to them and they can sign on the receiving of the product on behalf of you.

7. Shipping from Different Locations or Regions

Since CustomJacketHouse is an international online store, therefore; we operate in the USA and international centers. No matter where you receive your product from, it will always be checked by our Quality Control Team. To ensure quick delivery, we ship your order overseas as well. Other than that, if you find something irregular with our product, or you are not completely satisfied with it, you can claim for it as well. 8. No Worries for Your Parcel

Another part of our policy states that if a buyer is unable to receive the product, if the order is lost, or if tracking updates are not available as scheduled, there is no need to worry. In such cases, we will either restore your credits to your account or arrange a replacement shipment for you.
